Slideshow: Graham Maddocks - The Biodiversity of the Tropical Rainforest

Join Graham Maddocks as he travels the vast muddy rivers of Suriname and Guyana to mighty Kaieteur Falls (30,000 gallons per second) the world’s highest. Visit remote traditional Maroon villages on the upper Suriname river. This is the largest area of intact tropical rainforest left on the planet with an incredible biodiversity of endemic flora and fauna.

This may not be your typical Alpine Club slideshow, but for long time members of the ACCVI, we have come to greatly look forward to hearing about Graham’s worldwide, far flung, epic and adventurous trips! He always has great research on the history of an area, the culture and geography. Come one, come all for a very special evening.
