This two-day retreat is for climbers, backcountry skiers, mountaineers and alpinists who are interested in making better choices as both individuals and teams.
During this retreat, you will explore eight key insights that nurture a direct gaze into your relationship with risk management. You will hone your lens as an adventurer by becoming more aware of your past decision-making process in risk-rich situations and how you can make more evolved choices in the future.
This retreat offers an evolutionary step in the practice of adventure where you discover the best version of you both on and off the mountain.

Required gear:
- Weather appropriate clothing( warm layers,rain jacket and pants) and outdoor shoes.
- Daypack
- Food (snacks & lunch) & water/thermos.
