It’s Hallowe’en yes, and also the last sunset in daylight savings time, and a full moon – a blue moon, no less. Reason enough for an evening hike.
We’ll meet at 4.30 pm and traverse Mt Wells on the edge of the Sooke hills, enjoying the sunset and moonrise from the summit. Bring warm layers as there will be some waiting for the celestial show.
