I know the website says 8-8 on weekends

Not officially. It’s opened remotely a few minutes before the scheduled opening time on Saturday morning. If you showed up on Friday afternoon you could get lucky with some contractors leaving the gate open and then get locked inside overnight but you’re more likely to find it locked on Friday.
