Details:
This is a Vancouver Island classic! The destination is a 1,390m peak. Round trip is about 11km and nearly 700m of elevation gain. You should be comfortable with your backcountry skis, skins and a couple of steep pitches, both up and down. At this time of year, the conditions might be icy in the morning, and soft in the afternoon.
