Wondering if anyone has advice on where to get / what to get in order to start prepping trail meals with a food dehydrator. There seems to be quite a range in prices.

@neilernst I purchased a dehydrator from Lee Valley several years ago. I didn’t use it as much as I thought I would so it didn’t survive the move west. But it was good quality and did an excellent job. There’s a bit of trial and error involved… good luck.
