A gently-paced trip starting with a hike up to Flower Ridge, 1100 m in 8 km. We will camp at a tarn on the ridge and spend the following day exploring the ridge to Central Crags and back to camp. Return to the trail-head via the same up-trail on day 3. This trip would be suitable for members new to back-packing as well as the more experienced. A great introduction to Strathcona Park.
We will meet at the Trail Head on Buttle Lake on Saturday morning 8.00 am.
