Carpool from Comox on Saturday morning and drive to Carey Lakes trailhead. We’ll then hike past the lakes to camp at Peak 1795. On the second day, we’ll summit Mount Celeste and Iceberg Peak, then return to camp. From day three to five, we’ll continue North along the Comox Traverse towards Mount Washington, summitting Siokum Mountain, Peak 1909, Peak 1931, Mount George V, Mount Frink, and Mount Regan along the way. We’ll then drive back to Comox.
Experience with steep snow travel, route finding, off trail hiking, and rope management is a must.
Hikers must supply their own equipment.
